The Wellness Space
The Wellness Space is a new creation with a focus of detoxification, wellness and longevity.
The Space includes-
-Infrared Sauna sessions with red light therapy.

Pelvic Floor Chair
The program runs over 8 weeks with 1-2 sessions- 30 min each- recommended per week- sitting on the pelvic floor chair. The chair provides High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic pulses - equal to 12000 Kegel exercises in 30 minutes.
A pre and post assessment form is attended to monitor progress.
We also provide an exercise program and advice on the importance of bladder and bowel management, oestrogen support, weight release, and an simple exercises to support the entire pelvic floor.
Treatment sessions take 30-40 minutes- just sitting in a comfortable spot - maybe reading a book or have a cup of tea while the chair does the work for you. Most people require a minimum of 4 sessions to see improvement but a minimum 8 sessions is recommended.

Sauna therapy is best utilised two times per week to maintain health benefits- but single sessions are worthwhile to determine the effectiveness for you.
The Wellness Space offer sessions through out the week for singles or couples.

Lymphatic Clearance
Lymphatic Clearance is attended in 30 minute sessions using pressotherapy- a massage device that works with pneumatic compression to move lymph fluid to the central circulation. The therapy is designed to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage and detoxification pathways.
Lymphatic Clearance therapy is done weekly for 4-6 sessions with objective measures of weight and leg measurements. It works more effectively in combination with exercise, dietary and supplement recommendations.
