Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy
-Items can only be shipped to locations in Australia including NSW, QLD, Victoria, NT, WA, ACT, and Tasmania.
-Any areas outside of these states and territories will attract a postage and handling fee.
-Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
-Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will provide a store credit amount for the order amount. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the item and cover any postage and handling fees involved in returning the item.
-Refunds on consultations are not provided. A cancellation fee of $45 will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment.
